Please note, that ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! If for any reason, you miss your assigned pickup location and time, you will NOT be refunded and you will NOT be allowed to select another pickup time or date. It is your obligation to keep track of the orders you have placed, as well as the time and date you're expected to pick up.

If you are unable to pick up but would like to have someone else retrieve your order, that is acceptable! However, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance to let us know you are sending someone to pick up and provide us with the person's name.

If, for any reason, the person arrives and you haven’t reached out to inform us that someone other than you is picking up, they will be placed at the end of the line. For instance, if there were 65 people in line and they were the 10th person, they would have to stand behind the 65th person. Unpreparedness on your part or the person you send slows down the line.

Also, please notify the person you’re sending to have the information needed for pickup, which consists of: your full name and order number (beginning with “#SWEET”). Most importantly, make sure you’re sending someone reliable because they MUST retrieve your order during the scheduled time.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE SENDING UBER PARCEL, THERE WILL BE NO SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THEM. THEY WILL HAVE TO STAND IN THE LINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

IF YOU OR THE PERSON YOU’RE SENDING MISS THE PICKUP TIME, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING US MESSAGES OR EMAILS HOPING TO STILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE YOU! OUR TIME IS VERY VALUABLE & LATENESS OF ANY KIND IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE! YOU EXPECT US TO BE ON TIME & WE EXPECT THE SAME FROM YOU!

IN CLOSING, IF YOU ARE LATE, BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE GIVING ITZ MERAKI ON THE TREATS® THE RIGHT TO RESELL YOUR ORDER.
